Who We Are

Bernard Snape established Snape Construction in 1989 and over the subsequent years the group has grown organically to become one of the foremost local contractors in the region.

Derek Nicholson is the Senior Contracts Manager of Snape Construction and leads an experienced team of Senior Managers, each responsible for delivering great service to our clients. Our Managers come from various construction and service backgrounds which gives us a real diversity within the company.

Working alongside the Management Team is our team of highly-skilled workforce, employed directly by us. These include experienced foremen and tradesmen who are well versed in all areas of our works. Each member of our team carries an ID card and all our commercial vehicles are sign-written with our own logo.

The Snape family manages a number of local companies which form an umbrella organization the “snape group”. The synergy between the companies means we can offer a quality service by sharing both labour and general resources.
