Education

The local authority schools sector is one that we’ve shown consistent activity in over the years and have been retained as the main contractor on an impressive number of projects throughout the Gloucestershire region. These projects include new build proposals and refurbishments with individual contract sums up to £1.2m.

The tenure of the projects themselves ranges from simple tender packages though to 2 Phase tendering process and on occasion complete design and build packages.

Public

Our Public Sector projects are particularly varied and include medical facilities, community projects and rural visitor centres. Delivering these types of projects requires careful planning to adhere to stringent schedules and programmes of work. Through our experience in this sector we have proved exceptionally successful at meeting all of our imposed targets and have in many cases exceeded expectations.

Commercial

Our commercial projects are often privately funded by our clients and include community centres, nursing homes and restaurant schemes. The contract sums for these projects range from £950k to £480k and the works are often carried out while the remainder of the site is still in use requiring careful and effective project management.

Private - Residential

The residential projects that we are involved in are exclusively within the high end sector of the market. These projects require a consistently high quality of workmanship and finish to maintain a respected and highly valuable profile within this particular area. Our clients are both discerning and knowledgeable and have come to expect the highest standards.
